HENRY TOI is a certified Master Trainer for Tony Buzan’s Mind Mapping and Prof. Arthur Costa’s Habits of Mind. As the Chief Master Trainer for the Brain Capital Group, he has trained and certified over 200 instructors across 11 countries in Asia and has successfully coached senior executives how to mind map, speed read and become more creative thinkers. Henry’s clients include IBM, Oracle, HSBC, Cerebos Pacific, Singapore Ministry of Education, J Walter Thompson, Mazda Motors and Singapore General Hospital. He has also been a regular speaker at major conferences, namely the 13th International Conference on Thinking in Sweden and the 20th American Creativity Conference in Singapore. He graduated with honours in Civil Engineering (National University of Singapore) and obtained a Masters of Education (RMIT University). He has authored several books, the latest being the Habits of S.U.C.C.E.S.S.

Kwan Liang, a graduate from the National University of Singapore, is a Buzan Licensed Instructor, certified practitioner of Brain-compatible Learning, Neuro-linguistic programming, Structural Thinking and Habits of Mind, an Associate Trainer with Singapore Civil Service College and a certified NEWS Trainer and Coach.

KIRPAL SINGH SIDHU has a wide spectrum of experience that covers from engineering to setting up and developing companies. He has held several positions in various organizations at several levels like COO and Board Member. There he takes a hands-on approach in mentoring starts-ups, guiding the management, and putting in place a corporate infrastructure for a rapid growth. Kirpal has a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering from Germany and holds an MBA, UK. He is also a certified Practicing Management Consultant (PMC), NEWS Trainer and Coach.
